  • For Beer butter bread: 350 gm refined flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150-200 ml beer
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 40 gm melted butter

HOW TO PREPARE BEER BUTTER BREAD

  1. 1

    Procedure to make Beer butter bread: In a bowl add refined flour, baking powder, sugar, salt.

    Add beer, maple syrup and make a batter.
  3. 3

    In a baking tin add melted butter, batter and bake it in a preheated oven at 180' C for 50 - 60 minutes.
  4. 4

    To garnish add maple syrup, cut into slices and Beer butter bread is ready to serve.
