- 350 gm refined flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 150-200 ml beer
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 40 gm melted butter
- In a bowl add refined flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Add beer, maple syrup and make a batter.
- In a baking tin add melted butter, batter and bake it in a preheated oven at 180' C for 50 - 60 minutes.
- To garnish add maple syrup, cut into slices and Beer butter bread is ready to serve.
