  • Marination:
  • Paneer (200 gm)
  • Curd (50-100 gm)
  • Coriander (20 gm)
  • Green Chilly (3-4 pcs)
  • Green Garlic (3-4 pcs)
  • Fresh Chopped Coriander
  • Roasted Gram Flour (2-3 Tablespoon)
  • Mustard oil (1-2 Tablespoon)
  • Coriander Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Cumin Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Kasuri Methi (pinch)
  • Dry Mint (pinch)
  • Salt to taste
  • Gravy:
  • Green Chilly Normal (150 gm)
  • Onion (150 gm)
  • Cream (2-3 Table spoon)
  • Green Garlic (100 gm)
  • Coriander (50 g
  • Ginger (1 small)
  • Cumin (1 teaspoon)
  • vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

    Take a bowl and marinate paneer for BBQ In a bowl take curd to add (green garlic+ coriander+ green chilly + Gingepaste and mix it. Then add dry Masala like coriander powder, cumin powder & salt mix and add mustard oil. To thicken Marination add dry roasted gram flour. At the end add kasuri methi & dry mint. Marinate paneer for least 3-4 hrs. (Note: Before adding paneer you can gently dust paneer with gram flour or process flour.

    Before Gravy preparation: .

    (Note: Before making gravy split green chilly and try to remove maximum seeds and take equal quantity of onion and chilly (chilly should split in two or four pcs and onion should slice). Add one part of salt to release water from onion. Rest for 5-10 min then add to the pan.) .

    Gravy: .

    Take a deep pan (kadhai heat oil and add cumin (Sahi jeerand onion and chilly together. Lower your flame and let it cook in low flame until onion’s get caramelized. In an extracted onion water chilies got cooked and cuts its extra spiciness.

    Once the oil splits from the gravy need to add Ginger+ green garlic+coriander Paste (coriander > garlic > ginger also adds the second part of salt.

    Cook till 3-5 min in low flame. Shut the flame and add cream and mix gently.

    Serve with onion and lemon.

    (Note: Don’t over caramelize, don’t add lots of salt in onion and chilly mix. You can replace coriander with palak in gravy but green garlic is mus.
