  • Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  • Semolina 390gms
  • Baking powder 8gms
  • All purpose flour 80gms
  • Oil 100ml
  • Milk 60ml
  • Sugar 100gms
  • Water 350ml
  • Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  • Orange rind 1full orange
  • Sugar 200gms
  • Garnishing pistachio powder

    1.In a pan add 200gms sugar n water n bring to boil ones boip add lemon juice boil for more 5sconds turn off the gas n keep asiide .

    2.In a bowl add eggs n 100gms sugar n oil milk n beat well till well cooperated .

    Then add salt, vanilla essense, semolina, baking powder, all purpose flour n mix well til all the ingredients r mix well then add orange rind n give it a last mix .

    4.Take a baking pan put parchment paper pour the batter in it n bake it 400•C got 35 to 40 mins do a test by incerting a toothpick ones done let it cool completely then wit the help of fork or toothpick pork the cake n then pour the sugar syrup n garnish with pistachio powder n serve thx.
