  • 1 cup lamb pieces
  • 1 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Rosemary leaves, Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1 cup pearl millet
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped, Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • FOR the bread
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 2bread slices

    In a pan, heat olive oil and sear the lamb pieces.

    Set aside.
  3. 3

    Add finely chopped onions, mushrooms, garlic, and rosemary leaves to the same pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.

    Season with black pepper powder and salt.

    Mix well.
  6. 6

    Stir and add the pearl millet, chicken broth, and the seared lamb pieces.

    Mix well and cover the pan.
  8. 8

    Cook for atleast an hour.

    Then, add cream, parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.

    Stir and cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  11. 11

    Heat oil a grill pan and grill the bread slices.
  12. 12

    Serve the risotto with the grilled bread slices.
