Boil the condensed milk tin for 30 min so that the condensed milk thickens.
Peel and chop elaichi banana into medium sized pieces and soak them in the water and lemon juice mixture.
For the base, dip the digestive biscuit into sugar syrup until moist and place it into the mould , then add condensed milk, crushed biscuit crumbs, cream (using a piping bag), pieces of bananas, again add the crushed biscuit crumbs, condensed milk and pieces of bananas.
Now, slowly lift the mould and then add a swirl of cream using the piping bag.
Garnish it the pie with strawberry, sprinkle cocoa powder on top, and drizzle some blue syrup.
