INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 kg boiled mutton
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 2 sliced onions
  • Pink salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 Mace
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 - 4 cloves & cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 cup mutton stock
  • Crushed red chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
  • For garnish: Coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE BANJARA MUTTON GOSHT

  1. 1

    In a heated pan, add desi ghee, sliced onions and fry it until it turns golden brown Add salt as per taste and mix.
  2. 2

    Add ginger-garlic paste and saute Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, mace Add black cardamom, cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, black peppercorns and mix.
  3. 3

    Add the mutton and mix it well Add curd and let it cook Add mutton stock, a pinch of crushed red chilli, coriander seeds and cook it for 30 minutes.
  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
