INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 tbsp Bengal gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida, Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sliced banana, oil to fry

HOW TO PREPARE BANANA PAKODA

    In a bowl, take the Bengal gram flour, cumin seeds, green chili paste, turmeric powder, asafetida, salt, and water.

    Mix it well to obtain a smooth batter, Add sliced bananas to the batter and coat them evenly.

    Put the coated slices in hot oil to fry until golden brown on all sides and cooked inside.

    Serve hot.
