INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp extra light olive oil
  • ½ tbsp thyme sprigs
  • black Pepper 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 7 to 8 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For Garnish Coriander sprig

PREPARATION

    Roughly chop the fresh figs and banana. Transfer these to a mixer. Add a little milk to it. For sweetness, add a little honey to the milkshake. Blend it. Transfer the milkshake to a tall glass. Garnish with some fig pieces.
