INGREDIENTS

  • Milk
  • 50 gms dry fruits
  • 2 tbsp crystalized sugar lumps
  • ¼ tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 green cardamom
  • 1 tbsp white butter
  • Rabdi
  • Saffron water
  • Silver warq

HOW TO PREPARE BALAI KI GILORI

  1. 1

    In a iron kadhai keep boiling milk till malai.
  2. 2

    Remove the milk skin and keep sticking on side of the kadhai using wooden stick.
  3. 3

    Repeat the process.
  4. 4

    Remove the milk and bring skin to room temprature.
  5. 5

    Remove skin carefully.
  6. 6

    Crushdry fruits, crystalized sugar lumps, fennel seeds and green cardamom.
  7. 7

    Remove in a bowl and crystalized sugar lumps powder, white butter and mix.
  8. 8

    Spread rabdi on each milk skin and add the filling.
  9. 9

    Wrap milk skin carefully in pan shape and brush it with saffron water.
