INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup khoya
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup sugar balls

HOW TO PREPARE BAL MITHAI

  1. 1

    Roast khoya in a pan till light brown.
  2. 2

    Add sugar and stir continuously till the colour turns into chocolate brown.
  3. 3

    take out the hot mixture on a board, give it a shape.
  4. 4

    Spread and stick small sugar balls on bal Mithai.
  5. 5

    Cut it into pieces and serve.
