INGREDIENTS

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 3 to 4 chicken sausages
  • 3 eggs
  • boiled
  • refined flour for coating

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED SCOTCH EGGS

    Using a rolling pin flatten the puff pastry sheet and quarter it , Mash some chicken sausages in a bowl.

    Dust the eggs with refined flour.
  3. 3

    Flatten some sausage mixture in hands and cover each egg with a mashed sausage.
  4. 4

    Place the sausage covered eggs in the pastry sheet and fold it.
  5. 5

    Seal the edges of the sheet with water.
  6. 6

    Bake in a pre heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 200 C.
  7. 7

    Baked Scotch eggs are ready to serve.
