In a bowl, add 1 cup minced prawns, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2-3 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion greens, 1 cup chopped spinach leaves and mix well. Add salt and crushed black pepper and mix again. Add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 egg and mix well. Egg wash the crust and place the filling on it. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the filling and place the crust on a baking dish. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180’C for 15 minutes. Cut the Baked Prawns with Sesame Seeds into pieces and serve it on a platter with tomato ketchup. Garnish it with vegetable salad.
