INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 taco shells
  • 200 gm cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For Salad :1 cup chopped cabbage
  • ½ cup onions juliennes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • For Baja Sauce :1 cup hung curd
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Salsa :2 tbsp chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 ½ tbsp Jalapenos chopped
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Parsley sprigs

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED PANEER TACO

    For the salad: In a bowl, add chopped cabbage, julienned onions, lemon juice, salt, crushed black pepper and olive oil.

    Mix well and set aside.

    For baja sauce:, In a bowl, add hung curd and sour cream.

    Mix well.

    Add salt and red chilli powder.

    Mix and set aside.

    To make salsa, in a bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped jalapenos, chopped coriander and chopped garlic, tomato juice, salt and lemon juice.

    Mix the ingredients well and set aside.

    To make tacos, first take the baked paneer and cut into thin strips.

    Drizzle with lemon juice and oil.
  11. 11

    Add salt to taste.

    Stuff the tacos with the salad, salsa and the paneer strips.

    Finally add the baja sauce and then add some more salad.
  14. 14

    Place the tacos in a plate and garnish with baja sauce, salad and a sprig of parsley.
