HOW TO PREPARE BAKED NUTELLA DOUGHNUTS

    FOR THE FLOUR MIXTURE: In a mixing bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

    Mix it well and keep it aside.

    For the Nutella mixture: In another mixing bowl, add granulated sugar, brown sugar, Nutella, butter, egg, milk and vanilla extract.

    Then, mix the Nutella mixture with the flour mixture.

    Mix both the mixtures well.

    Brush the doughnut baking tray with ghee.
  7. 7

    Pour the mixture into the tray.

    Preheat the oven at 200 to 205� C and bake it for 7 to 9 minutes.

    For chocolate glaze: In a mixing bowl, add icing sugar, Nutella, milk and vanilla extract.

    Mix it well.

    Once the doughnuts are done, dip them into the prepared chocolate glaze.
