INGREDIENTS

  • For the flour mixture
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • For the nutella mixture
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup nutella
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • For chocolate glaze
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp nutella
  • 4-6 tsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

PREPARATION

    For the flour mixture: In a mixing bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix it well and keep it aside.

    For the nutella mixture: In another mixing bowl, add granulated sugar, brown sugar, Nutella, butter, egg, milk and vanilla extract.

    Mix the Nutella mixture with the flour mixture, Mix both the mixtures well.

    Brush the doughnut baking tray with ghee.

    Pour the mixture into the tray.

    Preheat the oven at 200 to 205' C and bake it for 7 to 9 minutes.

    For chocolate glaze: In a mixing bowl, add icing sugar, Nutella, milk and vanilla extract. Mix it well.

    Once the doughnuts are done, dip them into the prepared chocolate glaze.

    Your baked Nutella doughnuts are ready to be served.
