INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 5 cookies
  • 3 to 4 muffins
  • motichur laddoo
  • 5 almonds
  • ½ cup rabri

PREPARATION

    Procedure to make Baked Motichur: In a baking pan add sugar until it is caramelised.

    Let the sugar melt.
  3. 3

    Add roughly crushed cookies, crumbled muffins, motichur laddoos, finely chopped almonds.

    Pour rabri, add crumbled motichur laddoo.
  5. 5

    Bake it in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes at 200' C until a thin crust is formed.
