INGREDIENTS

  • For Baked Motichur: ½ Cup Sugar
  • 5 Cookies
  • 3 to 4 Muffins
  • Motichur Laddoo
  • 5 Almonds
  • ½ Cup Rabri

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED MOTICHUR

    Procedure to make Baked Motichur: In a baking pan add sugar until it is caramelised.
  2. 2

    Let the sugar melt.
  3. 3

    Add roughly crushed cookies, crumbled muffins, motichur laddu, finely chopped almonds.
  4. 4

    Pour rabri, add crumbled motichur laddu.
  5. 5

    Bake it in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes at 200' C until a thin crust is formed.
