INGREDIENTS

  • water
  • ½ cup millet flour
  • 2 to 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp onion seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For Garnish: Coriander sprigs

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED KHATTI CHAKLI

    Boil water in a pan.
  2. 2

    Add green chilli paste ginger garlic paste, and salt.
  3. 3

    Whisk well.
  4. 4

    In a bowl, mix millet flour, rice flour, wheat flour, boiled ginger garlic water, onion seeds, sesame seeds, yogurt, turmeric powder, and oil.

    Knead well to make dough for chaklis.
  6. 6

    Brush oil on a baking tray.
  7. 7

    Fill dough in the chakli maker make chaklis on the greased baking tray.
  8. 8

    Bake chaklis in pre heated oven at 180 C for 10 to 12 min.
  9. 9

    Garnish chaklis with coriander sprigs and serve.
