Grind some ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and fresh coconut into a smooth paste to marinate the fish. Take a baking tray and grease with oil. Place an aluminium foil in the tray and grease it with oil. Add par boiled potato cubes, sliced tomatoes, green beans and season it with salt and pepper. Sprinkle garam masala over the vegetables. Add a pinch of garam masala to the marination paste. Place the fish fillet on the beans and the marination paste on the fish. Drizzle olive oil and parcel wrap it. Bake it in a preheated oven at 170-180'C for 10-15 minutes. Baked fish is ready.
