- 3 eggs
- 125 grams sugar
- 250 grams khoya
- 125 grams desi ghee
- 25 grams chopped nuts
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the khoya and mix gently .
- Add in desi ghee, chopped nuts and vanilla essence.
- Pour in the greased cupcakes mould and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
