  • 1 cup beetroots juliennes; 1 cup mozzarella grated cheese; 2 to 3 tsp Coriander leaves; black pepper powder; salt; tomato sauce; Parsley leaves

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED BEETROOT & CHEESE FRITTERS

    In a baking dish add julienned beetroots, grated mozzarella cheese, finely chopped coriander leaves, black pepper powder, and salt.

    ; Pre heat an oven and bake fritters for 10 min at 180 C.

    ; Transfer fritters in the serving plate and serve with tomato sauce.

    ; Garnish fritters with parsley leaves.
