INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup beetroots juliennes
  • 1 cup mozzarella grated cheese
  • 2 to 3 tsp Coriander leaves
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • tomato sauce
  • Parsley leaves

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED BEETROOT & CHEESE FRITTERS

    In a baking dish add julienned beetroots, grated mozzarella cheese, finely chopped coriander leaves, black pepper powder, and salt.

    Pre heat an oven and bake fritters for 10 min at 180 C.
  3. 3

    Transfer fritters in the serving plate and serve with tomato sauce.
  4. 4

    Garnish fritters with parsley leaves.
