INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • juliennes
  • 1 tomato
  • juliennes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1½ cup beans
  • baked
  • 1 to 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • salt to taste
  • Mint sprig For Garnish:

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED BEANS WRAP

    Pour olive oil in a hot pan.
  2. 2

    Saute chopped garlic and sliced onion with julienned capsicum and julienned tomato.
  3. 3

    Add baked beans to this mixture.
  4. 4

    Mix a little salt.
  5. 5

    Keep the mixture aside.
  6. 6

    Heat a tava.
  7. 7

    Place the tortillas on the hot tava and get it warmed.
  8. 8

    Spread the beans mixture on the tortillas.
  9. 9

    Roll them carefully and cut it from the middle.
  10. 10

    Garnish it with a mint sprig.
