INGREDIENTS

  • For Baked Bean Wrap: 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Capsicum julienned
  • 1 Tomato julienned
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1½ Cup Baked Beans
  • 1 to 2 Whole Wheat tortillas
  • Salt
  • Mint sprig

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED BEAN WRAP

    Procedure to make Baked Bean Wrap: Heat olive oil in a pan.

    Add chopped garlic, sliced onion, julienned capsicum, julienned tomato and saute.
  3. 3

    Add baked beans, salt and saute again.
  4. 4

    Keep the mixture aside.
  5. 5

    Heat another pan and place a tortilla on it.
  6. 6

    Spread the beans mixture on the tortilla.
  7. 7

    Roll the tortilla carefully and cut it at the centre.
  8. 8

    Garnish it with a mint sprig.
  9. 9

    Baked Bean Wrap is ready to serve.
