Baked Alaska

INGREDIENTS

  • For Baked Alaska: 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Curd
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Cup Refined Flour
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp White Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup Onions
  • 2 Cups Bell Peppers
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Baby Corn
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup Leeks
  • ¼ Cup Broccoli Florets
  • ¼ Cup Cheese
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp All Ground Spice
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED ALASKA

    Procedure to make Baked Alaska: In a bowl, add curd, cheese, refined flour, salt, crushed black pepper and mix.

    Add oil, baking soda and whisk the batter again.
  3. 3

    Pour the batter into a baking dish.
  4. 4

    Sprinkle white chocolate chips, add parmesan cheese and bake it in a preheated oven on 180' for 7-8 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan.
  6. 6

    Add chopped spring onions, chopped bell peppers, diced mushrooms and saute.
  7. 7

    Add salt, baby corns, crushed cherry tomatoes, crushed black pepper and saute again.

    Add spring onions, broccoli, cheese, freshly chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, all ground spice powder and saute again.

    In a bowl, add curd, cheese, refined flour, salt, crushed black pepper and mix.

    Add oil, baking soda and whisk the batter again.

    Take the baked sponge out of the oven and spread the cooked vegetables on it.

    Add cheese and breadcrumbs on the vegetables.

    Pour the batter over the baking dish and spread evenly.

    Sprinkle some white chocolate chips and bake it in a preheated oven on 180' for 7-8 minutes.

    Garnish it with chocolate chips, salad and fresh coriander leaves.

    Baked Alaska is ready to serve.
