Cut the eggplants into roundels and marinate them in a mix of mustard oil red chilli powder and salt. Heat a grill pan and fry the marinated eggplant roundels. Fry both sides till they turn golden brown in colour. Marinate a few garlic cloves too and grill them with the eggplant roundels. Transfer the eggplant roundels to a serving plate and place the grilled garlic cloves on top. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
