- 3 to 4 eggplant
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
- ½ tsp red chiili powder
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves
- Letuce leaves
- Cut the Eggplants into round slices and marinate each slices with Mustard oil. Now add Red Chilly Powder and Salt to the marination. Now Place each slices of Eggplants on the Grill pan and cook them till they develop golden Brown colour. Plate the prepared Baingan Bhaja with Lettuce leaves. Your Baingan Bhaja is ready.
