INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Bael
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp black salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 lemon
  • Ice water

HOW TO PREPARE BAEL SHARBAT

  1. 1

    Break Bael fruit and remove the flesh.
  2. 2

    Warm water in a sauce pan and add Bael flesh.
  3. 3

    Add sugar in the Bael mix and let it cook.
  4. 4

    When done strain bael and remove all the juice.
  5. 5

    Bring bael juice to room temperature.
  6. 6

    Add black salt, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice.
  7. 7

    To serve mix ice water with bael concentrate and serve chilled.
