INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Bael
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp black salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 lemon
  • Ice water

PREPARATION

    Break Bael fruit and remove the flesh. Warm water in a sauce pan and add Bael flesh. Add sugar in the Bael mix and let it cook. When done strain bael and remove all the juice. Bring bael juice to room temperature. Add black salt, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice. To serve mix ice water with bael concentrate and serve chilled.
