INGREDIENTS

  • - 4 tomatoes
  • - spring onion ,Onion
  • -. 200 gm. Sweet corn
  • - Coreander leaves as required
  • - 4 papad
  • -. Red chill powder
  • -. Sev
  • -. Chat masala
  • - salt
  • -. Lemon

PREPARATION

    Take 4 papad ND cut them half.roll them nd insert a toothpick so stay in cone shape. Microwave for 30 seconds don't over cook .now take out the toothpick as papad will hold the cone shape now. Place them in shot glasses.

    Take sweet corn , add finely chopped coreander leaves , tomatoes ,spring onion nd fresh chilli's . Chat masala , salt ,lemon mix it well. Add -sev it will soak the water coming out of vegetables nd keep papad dry for longer . Fill the papad ND the base of glasses with this filling to hold papad cones nicely . Sprinkle some red chilli powder on top of the shots .enjoy the masala papad .
