INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1-star anise
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp butter

PREPARATION

    In a tray, add eggs, cream, icing sugar, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, salt and mix it well.

    In a heated pan, add maple syrup, cinnamon stick, star anise and let it heat on a slow flame.

    Cut the sides of the bread. Apply peanut butter. Add slices of banana. Cover it with bread slices.

    In a heated pan, add butter. Dip the bread in the batter and fry in the pan until it turns brown.

    Cut the toast into two. Drizzle icing sugar. Serve with cream and maple syrup.
