INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 green chilli
  • 200 gm of bamboo shoots
  • salt as per taste
  • 200 gm of chicken
  • 1 spring onion greens

HOW TO PREPARE BAAH GAAJOR LOGOT MURGI MANGXO

    In a pan, add oil and let it heat. Add chopped onion and fry it until it turns translucent.
  2. 2

    Add ginger-garlic paste, water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it.
  3. 3

    Add slit green chilli, bamboo shoots and toss it. Add salt as per taste and toss it. Add water and mix it again.
  4. 4

    Add chicken and toss it. Add spring onion green and toss again.
