  • coconut oil
  • mustard seeds
  • fenugreek seeds
  • crushed garlic
  • shallots
  • curry leaves
  • black peppercorns
  • kanji
  • fish

HOW TO PREPARE AYILA PUZHUNGIYATHU

  1. 1

    In a heated pan, add coconut oil, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, crushed garlic, chopped shallots, curry leaves and saute.

    Add black peppercorns and stir it. Add kanji and let it boil. Add the fish, water and let it cook.
  3. 3

    Serve the fish curry hot.
