INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • pepper as required
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • salt as required
  • spring onions for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a blender, add pulp of ripe avocado, cream, vegetable stock, salt and pepper.

    Add lemon juice and blend.

    Pour the soup into a bowl and refrigerate it for about 1 hour.

    Garnish the soup with spring onions.

    The soup is ready to serve.
