Avocado Milkshake

Avocado is a rich source of Vitamin K and should be consumed in one form of other. While most people consume it in the form of salad or guacamole, Aditi Govitrikar presents it as a yummy milkshake.

INGREDIENTS

  • For Avocado Milk Shake:
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 2 Cups Soya Milk
  • 1 Cup vanilla Ice cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Mint spring

HOW TO PREPARE AVOCADO MILKSHAKE

  1. 1

    Cut the avocado
  2. 2

    Remove the seed inside
  3. 3

    Scoop out the inside part using a spoon
  4. 4

    Place the scooped out part of avocado in a blender
  5. 5

    To this blender add a little soya milk, sugar and vanilla ice cream
  6. 6

    Blend it
  7. 7

    Transfer this milkshake to a glass
  8. 8

    Garnish it with avocado pieces and mint sprig
