INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Papad
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • Rai
  • Jira
  • Hing
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Red chilli
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder

PREPARATION

    Heat a pan and add Ghee.

    Onece the Ghee is hot, add Mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

    Let them crackle.
  4. 4

    Now add the masalas.
  5. 5

    Let them cook.
  6. 6

    Now add some water.
  7. 7

    Put the papad into it.
  8. 8

    Let the water come to a boil.
  9. 9

    Now close the lid and let it simmer for sometime.

    Voilla!!!!! Your papad curry is ready.
