INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup of rice powder
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp pistachios

HOW TO PREPARE ARSA

  1. 1

    In a pan, add water, jaggery and let it melt.
  2. 2

    In a bowl, add rice flour, desiccated coconut, almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios and mix it well Add melted jaggery and prepare a dough.
  3. 3

    Prepare small discs of the dough and deep fry it in the oil until it turns golden brown.
