INGREDIENTS

  • For Paste: {2 green onion stalk
  • 3 to 4 fresh red chillies
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • Arbi: {1/2 kg colocasia roots
  • rice flour for coating
  • salt
  • 4 tbsp mustard oil
  • For Kadi :{2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 400 ml sour buttermilk
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder}

HOW TO PREPARE ARBI KI KADI

  1. 1

    Make paste of spring onion red chillies and garlic, peel colocosia root add salt and rice flour and toss to coat rice flour on each colocasia root.
  2. 2

    Sauté coated arabi in mustard oil sauté till crisp from outside.
  3. 3

    In second pan fry green onion paste in mustard oil, mix rice flour and sour buttermilk to make a mix.
  4. 4

    Add the mix to green onion paste and whisk.
