INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 boiled and peeled arbi
  • 2-3 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • rock salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed green chillies
  • pinch of cumin powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • oil to shallow fry

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, mash the boiled and peeled arbi, and add buckwheat flour, rock salt, chopped ginger, pinch of cumin powder, crushed green chillies, oil and mix well.

    Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it in the form of a kofta.

    Shallow fry the koftas until they turn golden brown.

    Arbi ke kofte are ready to serve.
