  • 1 bowl parboiled arbi
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground all spice
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • roasted poppy seeds
  • chopped coriander leaves

    In a heated pan, add oil, boiled arbi and cook it until it turns golden brown. Transfer the fried arbi to a plate.

    In a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, all ground spice, coriander powder, dry mango powder and mix it well.

    In the same pan, add carom seeds, ground All Spice/ and roast it on slow flame. Add water and mix it well. Transfer the arbi to the pan and coat the arbi with the ground all spice.

    In a plate, add roasted poppy seeds, finely chopped coriander leaves. Place the tikke on a satay stick and coat it in the poppy seeds.
