Arbi ke Gilafi Tikke

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bowl parboiled arbi
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp all ground spice
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • Roasted poppy seeds
  • Chopped coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE ARBI KE GILAFI TIKKE

    In a heated pan, add oil, boiled arbi and cook it until it turns golden brown Add the fried arbi in a plate.

    In a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, all ground spice, coriander powder, dry mango powder and mix it well.
  3. 3

    In the same pan, add carom seeds, masala and roast it on slow flame Add water and mix it well.
  4. 4

    In a plate, add toasted poppy seeds, finely chopped coriander leaves Add the tikke in a satay stick and coat it in the poppy seeds.
