  • 1½ cup refined flour
  • salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Milk
  • 5 to 6 Dried Apricot
  • Icing sugar

    Make a dough by mixing maida salt, baking powder, icing sugar, olive oil and butter, in a bowl.

    Also add milk and knead well.
  3. 3

    Flatten the dough, roll it out and cut small squares out of it.
  4. 4

    Grease the dough with olive oil, top it with chopped dried apricot and fold the dough from the edges to give it a shape.

    Place a layer of aluminium foil in the baking pot, keep the brick pieces on it and cover it with another aluminium foil.
  6. 6

    Make an aluminium foil platform again on it and place the crostatas on it.
  7. 7

    Bake the crostatas in the baking pot with a lid for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. 8

    Remove the crostatas and serve hot with icing sugar for garnish.
