- 1½ cup refined flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp icing sugar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 5 - 6 dried apricot

- In a bowl, mix refined flour, salt, baking powder, icing sugar, olive oil and butter. Add milk and knead the mixture into a dough.
- Roll out the dough into a sheet and cut small squares out of it. Grease the dough with olive oil, top it with chopped dried apricot and fold the dough from the edges to give it a shape.
- Place a layer of aluminium foil in the baking pot, keep the brick pieces on it and cover it with another aluminium foil. Place the crostatas on the foil tray and cover the pot with the lid.
- Bake the crostatas for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove the crostatas and serve hot with icing sugar for garnish.
