INGREDIENTS

  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • water
  • Swiss roll sponge
  • 1/2 cup sugar syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla essence
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • For garnish: Icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE APPLE SWISS ROLE

  1. 1

    Peel the skin of the apples In a heated pan, add chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon powder, water and start mashing it Add the jam in a bowl.

    Over a cling film, add swiss roll sponge Apply sugar syrup, vanilla essence, whipped cream, apple jam and spread it Tightly roll it and refrigerate it for 1 - 2 hour.

    Cut the pieces of Swiss Roll and dust with icing sugar while serving.
