- 2 apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- Swiss roll sponge
- 1/2 cup sugar syrup
- 1/2 cup vanilla essence
- 1 cup whipped cream
- For garnish: Icing sugar
- Peel the skin of the apples. In a heated pan, add chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon powder, water and start mashing it. Add the jam in a bowl.
- Over a cling film, add swiss roll sponge. Apply sugar syrup, vanilla essence, whipped cream, apple jam and spread it. Tightly roll it and refrigerate it for 1 - 2 hour.
- Cut the pieces of Swiss Roll and dust with icing sugar while serving.
