INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green apple
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 phyllo sheets
  • water as required
  • oil for greasing
  • For Garnish: Green apple
  • Honey

HOW TO PREPARE APPLE SAMOSA

  1. 1

    For the apple samosa filling, chop a green apple into small pieces.
  2. 2

    Place the green apple pieces in a hot pan.
  3. 3

    Add 3 tsp brown sugar.
  4. 4

    1 tsp cinnamon powder.
  5. 5

    ½ tsp nutmeg powder.
  6. 6

    Add ½ tsp vanilla essence and mix well.
  7. 7

    Apple samosa filling is ready.
  8. 8

    Carefully brush the phyllo sheets with water and fold them into a conical shape.
  9. 9

    Place the conical phyllo sheets on an oil greased tray.
  10. 10

    Bake the phyllo sheet cones in a preheated oven at 180'C for 3-4 minutes.

    When done, place the green apple mixture into the phyllo cones.
  12. 12

    Apple samosas are ready.

    Garnish the samosa with sliced green apple and honey.
