Apple Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 8 - 10 apple slices
  • icing sugar
  • cream
  • cinnamon powder

HOW TO PREPARE APPLE PANCAKES

    In a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt as per taste, cinnamon powder and mix it well.
  2. 2

    In a bowl, add milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar and mix it nicely. Mix the dry ingredients along with the wet ingredients.
  3. 3

    In a heated pan, add oil. Dip the apple slices in the batter and fry it until it turns golden.
  4. 4

    Garnish with icing sugar, chocolate syrup, cream, cinnamon powder and serve.
