INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green apple deseeded
  • 1 red apple deseeded
  • 1 tsp black raisins
  • 1 tsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Blue syrup
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Mint leaves
  • Apple pieces baked

HOW TO PREPARE APPLE FULL DAY

    Deseed the green and red apples with an apple corer.
  2. 2

    Make a slit around the circumference of the apple skins.
  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix chopped black raisins and walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and butter.

    The stuffing for the apples is ready.
  5. 5

    Fill the stuffing in the apples.
  6. 6

    Bake for 6 to 7 min at 180 C.
  7. 7

    Make a layer of blue syrup in the serving plate.
  8. 8

    Place the baked apples on the syrup.
  9. 9

    Keep baked apple pieces at the centre of the plate.
  10. 10

    Garnish with cinnamon sticks and mint leaves.
