Knead a dough for the rolls by combining all purpose flour, butter, sugar, water, and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate the dough for some time. For the stuffing, heat butter in a pan. Add the chopped apples (mixed with cinnamon powder). Add chopped pears, nut powder, chocolate syrup, cinnamon powder, and tutti frutti. Mix well and cook until the mixture thickens. Meanwhile, pinch a large portion of the dough and flatten it in an oval shape. Roll the roti on the rolling pin and refrigerate again. Then, unroll the roti from the rolling pin. Using a knife, make criss-cross slits on the sides on the roti. Fill the centre of the roti with the stuffing and then carefully wrap to form a criss-cross pattern. Seal the edges of the roll. Apply butter on surface of the roll. Dust a baking tray with all purpose flour and place the roll in the baking tray carefully. Bake the apple cinnamon roll for 15 min at 180 C. Serve the apple cinnamon roll hot.
