  • 1 apple
  • 2 tsp oatmeal
  • 1 tsp flax seeds powder
  • 1 tsp almond powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • sugar (optional)

PREPARATION

    Blend dates, diced apples, oatmeal, flaxseeds powder, almond powder and milk in a blender.
