- 1 apple
- 2 tsp oatmeal
- 1 tsp flax seeds powder
- 1 tsp almond powder
- 2 cups milk
- sugar (optional)
- Blend dates, diced apples, oatmeal, flaxseeds powder, almond powder and milk in a blender.
- Blend it well.
- Pour the blended smoothie into a glass and serve.
