INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gm dry white corn
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

HOW TO PREPARE API BIANCO

  1. 1

    In a pan, add white corn, milk, sugar, cinnamon powder and mix it. Pour the mixture in a blender and make a smooth paste of it.
  2. 2

    Add the mixture in the pan again and let it boil. Serve it in the glass hot.
