  • 100 gm Dry White Corn
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder.

    Soak the corn overnight, remove from water and put in stalk pot with milk to heat.
  2. 2

    Add sugar and cinnamon powder and bring the mixture to boil.
  3. 3

    In a blender transfer boiled milk and corn and blend.
  4. 4

    Add the blended mixture back to pan and boil it as it thickens the mixture.
  5. 5

    Empty the api blanco in a jug and pour in serving cups.
  6. 6

    Serve api blanco hot.
