  • 4 to 5 egg yolks
  • oil as required
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 slices bread
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Lettuce leaf

HOW TO PREPARE ANDA MAYONNAISE

  1. 1

    Separate the egg white and use only yolk for the preparation.
  2. 2

    Take the egg yolks in a bowl and whisk them with the single string flow of oil in it.
  3. 3

    Add salt mustard powder and again whisk with single string oil flow.
  4. 4

    Add vinegar and whisk it again with oil.
  5. 5

    Add chopped parsley and black pepper powder to the egg mixture.
  6. 6

    Spread the egg mayonnaise on the bread slices and plate it with a lettuce leaf.
