INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 eggs
  • boiled and peeled
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 4 to 5 Lettuce leaves
  • 2 to 3 tbsp onions
  • 2 to 3 tbsp tomatoes
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Nylon sev
  • Salt
  • Salad leaves

HOW TO PREPARE ANDA CHAAT

    Cut the boiled eggs lengthwise and make equal parts.

    Remove the yolks.
  3. 3

    Heat a pan with a little oil.
  4. 4

    Place the egg whites in the hot oil.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle some red chilli powder.
  6. 6

    Transfer the egg whites to a plate.
  7. 7

    Fill them with chopped lettuce leaves, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, nylon sev, chaat masala and salt.

    Garnish a serving plate with salad leaves, and place the egg chaat on this.
