Cut the boiled eggs lengthwise and make equal parts. Remove the yolks. Heat a pan with a little oil. Place the egg whites in the hot oil. Sprinkle some red chilli powder. Transfer the egg whites to a plate. Fill them with chopped lettuce leaves, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, nylon sev, chaat masala and salt. Garnish a serving plate with salad leaves, and place the egg chaat on this.
