INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cubes butter
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: lettuce leaves
  • 2 pav

HOW TO PREPARE ANDA BHURJI

  1. 1

    Lightly heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions , fry till they turn soft.
  2. 2

    Add chopped green chillies, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
  3. 3

    Add some water.
  4. 4

    Cook on a low flame till done.
  5. 5

    Add eggs to the mixture and cook for Few minutes and the anda bhurji is ready.
  6. 6

    Sprinkle some chopped coriander on top.
  7. 7

    Garnish with lettuce leaves and serve with pav.
