INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cubes butter
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish lettuce leaves
  • 2 pav

PREPARATION

    Lightly heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions fry till they turn soft. Add chopped green chillies, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Add some water. Cook on a low flame till done. Add eggs to the mixture and cook for Few minutes and the anda bhurji is ready. Sprinkle some chopped coriander on top. Garnish with lettuce leaves and serve with pav.
