INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 4 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • Oil

HOW TO PREPARE ANARSA

    Grind three days soaked rice with jaggery and remove it in abowl.

    Add rice flour and mix to get a crumbly texture.
  3. 3

    Add curd to make batter.
  4. 4

    Ferment it to 12 to 14 hours.
  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan.
  6. 6

    Make small discs of the dough.
  7. 7

    Lightly coat in sesame seeds and fry medium heat.
  8. 8

    Sprinkle castor sugar on the top.
  9. 9

    Serve hot.
