  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 20 - 25 black peppercorns
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 1-inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 4 clove
  • 200 gm of boiled raw papaya
  • 150 gm of boiled potato
  • 1/4 cup roasted & crushed peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 - 1/2 tbsp bhaja masala
  • pink salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup brown bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

    In a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, dried red chillies. Add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, cardamoms, cloves and dry roast it.

    Add the spices in a jar and prepare a fine powder. In a bowl, add raw boiled papaya, potatoes and mash it. Add roasted & crushed peanuts, ginger paste, finely chopped ginger, coriander leaves, bhaja masala, pink salt as per taste and mix it well.

    In a bowl, add milk, cornstarch, pink salt as per taste and mix it well. In a plate, add wheat flour, pink salt and mix it well.

    Grease your palm with oil and make croquettes of the mixture. Roll the croquettes in flour mixture. Dip it in the slurry. Coat it with breadcrumbs.

    In a pan, add olive oil and fry the chops until it turns golden from both sides until it turns crispy.

    Serve the chops with salsa.
