INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Fish fillet
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli paste
  • 3-4 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Carrom seeds
  • salt as required
  • water as required
  • oil as required

HOW TO PREPARE AMRITSARI FISH

    In a bowl, take fish fillets
  2. 2

    Marinate the fish in salt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste and red chilli paste
  3. 3

    In another bowl, take gram flour, curd, egg, chaat masala and carrom seeds, and mix them well
  4. 4

    Dip the marinated fish in the batter and leave it for 15minutes
  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a pan
  6. 6

    After the oil is heated, and fry the fish in it until it turns golden brown
  7. 7

    Amritsari fish is ready to serve
