INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Fish fillet, Salt as required
  • 1tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1tbsp Red chilli paste
  • 3-4tbsp Gram flour
  • 1/2tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2cup Curd
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2tsp Carrom seeds, Water as required, oil as required

HOW TO PREPARE AMRITSARI FISH

    In a bowl, take fish fillets.
  2. 2

    Marinate the fish in salt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste and red chilli paste.

    In another bowl, take gram flour, curd, egg, chaat masala and carrom seeds, and mix them well.

    Dip the marinated fish in the batter and leave it for 15minutes.
  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a pan.
  6. 6

    After the oil is heated, put the fish in it.
  7. 7

    and fry it until it turns golden brown.
  8. 8

    Amritsari fish is ready to serve.
